We kindly ask you to submit your appeal only after receiving the official decision refusing admission to the programme.
The appeal, together with a copy of the decision, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the decision refusing admission.
An appeal submitted before the applicant receives the decision refusing admisiion to the programme shall be ineffective.
The deadline for filing an appeal is considered to have been met if, before its expiry, the appeal was:
- sent to SGH’s electronic delivery address, and the sender received confirmation of receipt referred to in Article 41 of the Act of November 18, 2020, on Electronic Delivery;
- posted at a Polish post office of the designated operator within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 – Postal Law (Poczta Polska), or at a post office of an operator providing universal postal services in another Member State of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation, or a Member State of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) that is a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
- submitted at a Polish consular office.
Pursuant to Article 63(1), in conjunction with Article 14(1d), of the Act of June 14, 1960 – Code of Administrative Procedure, appeals must be submitted in writing:
- In paper form:
- by post to the address of the SGH Mailroom (address below);
- in person at the SGH Mailroom, al. Niepodległości 162, 02-554 Warsaw (Main Building, room 58).
- In electronic form:
- to SGH Warsaw School of Economics’ electronic delivery address: AE:PL-73758-80837-VTWBV-25.
Appeals submitted in paper form (item 1) must bear a handwritten signature, whereas appeals submitted in electronic form (item 2) must bear a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature, or a personal signature.
Please also attach a copy of the decision refusing admission to your appeal.
Appeals submitted to SGH Warsaw School of Economics email addresses will not be considered.
